Greetings to all LPOA Members:

Since the beginning of my term, protecting and rebuilding the Lakefront has been one of my Top 5 District A priorities. The Lakefront neighborhoods are very strong, but I am aware that there are still many unmet needs. I am committed to working on the issues that are most important to Lakeshore residents.

It is important to me to stay in close contact with everyone in District A. I publish a bi-weekly District A newsletter which contains information on projects, events, volunteer opportunities, zoning and other legislative matters, as well as issues that come before the Council committees I chair. I am the chair of the Cable, Telecommunications and Technology Committee and the Governmental Affairs Committee, and I co-chair the Criminal Justice Committee.
I also participate in a quarterly meeting for all District A neighborhood association presidents that provides another opportunity for me to hear directly about concerns and matters of special interest to neighborhood residents.
